Each day as she arrives at work, Amanda channels her father’s wisdom. He was the first to encourage her to enter the accounting field, as a way to provide a positive, major impact on businesses and people. Since joining the Griffing & Company team, her drive to deliver quality services and expertise, especially to small businesses, has shown her true passion towards her career.
Amanda is a licensed CPA and Certified Fraud Examiner, with a Masters of Management Information Systems degree from Texas A&M University. As a native Houstonian, she loves cheering the Astros on to victory and spending time with her husband and two daughters. Always one to pay-it-forward, Amanda enjoys molding the next generation of accountants, while teaching at Houston Community College. Amanda hopes to bring even more expertise to the firm while maintaining the high and consistent quality of service that the firm’s clients have come to respect.
